The UPS Store

I like the store and visit once a month. It’s parking can be a little crowded. Recommended for returns and sending things. In this town other delivery spots can be problematic closing early etc. Not here. this is the place to go.

I'm shocked to read of poor reviews about this business. When ever I go there, I walk right up to the counter or wait on line for just a few seconds. Never a long wait. They move the customers thru quickly, yet they always gave me the time I needed answering questions or for general help. Plus, they have my info in their system, as well as the ship to address if I had sent to the address prior. Highly recommend.

Fox News was on in the customer area. Guy who interacted with me was unpleasant through our entire interaction. I watched him throw my box with electronics inside after I had paid for shipping.

Awful place! Such an unfriendly staff, including the owners. Appears to be family run. I’ve been going here for years and have never seen any of the workers give a smile, say hello, goodbye or even thank you. They give off a vibe that you are a bother to them by simply dropping things off for mailing. I actually now drive out of my way to a different location where the staff there are super pleasant!

Really disappointing. I got to the store a 5:25 (they close at 6). They were having issues with printing receipts and I was requesting confirmations for the items I was returning. The manager was incredibly rude to me, saying come back tomorrow if you need a receipt, there's nothing we can do to help you, we close in 3 minutes...Finally he copied the return labels from the packages that were processed but he was acting like I was the problem because I wanted receipts. "We're in the business of keeping your business" is the UPS slogan. This store has lost my business.
